No cable box in room so no television. Not told this when I checked in. No hot tub crappy walk in shower. ZERO room service and room was never made up. Had double beds not a king. Had to go get towels since they never came to the room and they were awful. No coffee in lobby. All in all a horrible stay and will never go back there again. Room did not look like anything pictured on the Expedia web site.

The staff closed the office early, we didn't get the room we booked for, should not have paid what we did! The shower was leaking from the shower head, floor was dirty and the AC fan was waaaayyyy to loud, and we should not have had to put $50 down for incidentals when the room already had problems!

The staff was very helpful and quite kind. I enjoyed the aspect of gated parking. I was not a fan of no place to hang your towels. All towel racks had been removed. (Maybe they were renovating and I caught them in between.) Going from the parking lot to the room there was a grass field that you had to watch your step for it was covered in dog droppings all over the area The room was very clean and the water pressure was wonderful. Overall it was a great place to stay for a great price.

Room smelled like someone had been smoking meth in there. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Floor felt sticky. Bathtub had little black pubic hairs all over. Air conditioner didn’t work very well. My room had a jacuzzi in it that didn’t work and was dirty. The outside of the building was dirty,spots wear leaking and there was a lot of sketchy stuff going on there. The front desk lady was rude. The front office was full of trash and two weird men were in there all the time just watching you. My brothers room that I also was paying for had cigarette burns all over the blanket. My sister reserved a king room and they gave her a queen room instead and her room smelled like a sewer. Horrible experience. Don’t stay here it is unsafe and dangerous

Did not receive the room that I booked. Property is under remodel. Pictures and brochure did not match the rooms. Full-size fridge was a mini fridge. Bedsheets had cigarette burns and were stained.

I purchased a king sized bedroom and when I arrived they told me those rooms are sold out and offered a room with two queen sized beds. The lady was nice enough so I decided to accept, but that was still a bit ridiculous. Why sell rooms that are overbooked? The area was also extremely shady. Lots of strange people, yelling and probably drugs and/or prostitution. The room was not very clean and was obviously not very well taken care of. Several things were missing, including the disc/plate inside the microwave. Who would even steal that??? There were no cups, utensils or plates either. The front desk opening at 8:00 am was also inconvenient as I needed to be at work at that time. I got 3 nights for $160 so I wouldn't be against going again just because it was so cheap, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a poor experience.

They deactivated our key the second night and wont give us our money back or the deposit. We paid for 2 nights and only got to sleep there for 1, no explanation or nothing just wouldnt let us in the room for the second night. I want my money back.

got to the location to find out they didn’t save my room, even after confirming with me earlier in the day that i needed two queen beds. they even tried to get me to take a king sized bed for three people!
