I was checked in Rome with no Air conditioning. The staff claims that management of the hotel knew about the issue. Staff stated, that since the reservation was done thru third party, they could not do anything to resolve the issue, and refused to transfer me to another room nor walk me-to another property . I tried to call Expedia, with no luck. I am requesting a refund for the terrible stay at this hotel

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and whatnot are within walking distance. The lobby is very nice. I’d expect the rooms to be nicer based on the appearance of the downstairs area. Rooms are just okay. The beds were doubles and were not the most comfortable. Our bathroom sink backed up to the point of almost over overflowing, and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Parking is pricey for the area. The convenience factor is high with the hotel’s location, so I’d stay again. I was disappointed that I paid over $100 more for a night by booking a month in advance through Expedia than I would have if I’d booked directly with the hotel closer to our travel date. Because I booked through Expedia, I was out of luck.

This was a beautiful hotel. We left the dirty doubletree by the airport to come here and were so pleased by the hotel's aesthetic. Unfortunately, the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs- even on a Sunday night, the pounding music is DEAFENING. I feel bad for the hotel because there is nothing they can do. They did say that they have quieter rooms but I called BS on that because the whole hotel was pounding. I would only stay here if I was going to the clubs. Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

Great area, but not much open on Monday and Tuesdays!!! The pool was kinda cool and no hot tub 🙁 !!! The heat in our room wasn’t working but had maintenance fix it!!! The snack area didn’t have much of a selection of snacks!!!

Hotel room is like being at the nightclub until 2
The hotel is adjacent to downtown clubs and you can hear the bass and club music until 2 am The hotel should disclaim this We didn’t get to sleep until after 2 am Will never stay here again even though the hotel is lovely and the staff was superb Huge bummer

Chose this hotel because it was walking distance from an event I attended. So happy I did! The valet parking staff professionalism and efficiency are truly commendable.The entire staff was amazing. I loved my room, and had a relaxing shower. Great stay!! I will be coming back again!

Awesome spot. Massive roaches though.
Hotel is in a great location awesome pool staff is great, but when I came back to the room I found these massive roaches that could pick me up and carry me away. Whoa! You got one job and that’s to make sure roaches the size of me aren’t in my room.
