「Hotel molto pulito; camere spaziose e moderne. Ho dato 4 stelle perchè non funzionava la ventola del bagno. Check in online non facile perchè la connessione per chi viene dall'estero può essere difficoltosa. Per fortuna la signora delle pulizie ci ha aperto e ci ha indirizzato alla reception, due edifici più in là. Sarebbe utile specificare, che in caso di problemi, esiste una reception in un edificio vicino.」

「The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. 「The hotel is in a good site and it is spotless. You can hear the trams a little but not too bad. The room was very large and well equipped. The hotel is spotless. The receptionist is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast staff don’t even look in your direction. Breakfast was a little disappointing. It was ample but limited choice and repetitive. 」

「When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it....

「although the location of the hotel is a little bit far from downtown, the tram is near hotel so that it is still ok for me to travel in Prague everywhere from here. Only 1 point I want to mention is the socket location, there is nothing near the desk. It is a little bit inconvenient for me if I want to use notebook in the room. Others are ok including breakfast, staff manner, room cleanliness.」
