「A modern hotel with superb facilities I recommend to stay in this hotel in Prague. However, my experience of checking in was extremely disappointing. I arrived early at 9:30 am, the staff had collected my personal data and informed that we can come back after 3pm to collect the key. When we returned at 4:30 pm, the female receptionist "played" the computer for a long time and said that she couldn't provide the room even though there was record of us doing the check in the morning. 「Exelkent service from check in to check out 」

「breakfast is not good enough」
