Great location, spectacular views, good breakfast and lovely people

The hotel is well located, the breakfast is really good and the staff is frendy, but the big problem is that the basement of the hotel is a karaoke bar, and the staffs and customers very loud outside until every late night. Even after the karaoke bar closes, I couldn't sleep at all, because of the noise of people walking down the street and stray dogs barking. The hotel itself is fine, but I'll never stay there again. It's a big shame.

I booked it for my father, and he loved everything! The only issue is the location as it requires as there is a steep hill leading to/from the property if going downtown.

the room is so cozy.

The room stuck of cigarettes when it’s a no smoking hotel the main lights flickered an the safe was already locked. All items the receptionist was made aware of and said they would be addressed but nothing seemed to change, we had raise the issue if the safe again and gave up with the other items. It’s not a boutique hotel at all
