「I stayed at the Keryvonne hotel because of location, as it was close to Falk bus station that I needed to take at 6:00am the next morning. Everything was great, the room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner helped cool down the room a bit, but without the fan next to the bed it would have been too hot. The owner arranged for a ride from the airport to pick me up and he was able to drop me at the bus station the following morning. All in all it was a nice experience, but a little expensive for...

「Hôtel géré par un personnel gentil mais qui n'a aucune connaissance de l’hôtellerie et n'a aucun sens de l'accueil des clients. L'hôtel met en avant beaucoup d'engagements écrits, mais ne sait en tenir aucun. L'établissement manque cruellement d'entretien et de maintenance et parait totalement à l’abandon. C'est vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est surtout dans une ville comme Lomé. C'est bien dommage, car il pourrait faire un bel hôtel !!」
