「when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever」

「So comfortable, so close to the lifts! The staff is amazing, the restaurant with spectacular views. I felt like the staff was my extended family. They have all you will need: excellent breakfast, the restaurant with great local wines. Comfy place to work or play games. Sauna and massage. Not to mention all the help I got from a friendly driver, grounds keeper getting me out of a snow bank…. Very friendly, beautiful place overlooking the valley. Definitely coming back.」

「Overall very good, very good breakfast and service. It is a good hotel for an average price. But no air conditiong during summer time, room is very moist and smells of leather. Good Wi-fi too, and very comfortable. Surronding areas would be better in the winter time.」

「Staff was very helpful. The one dinner I had there was quite good for being free. Be aware that unless you’re driving to and from the hostel every day it’s quite a hike up the hill from the road. In the winter it’s slick. The room was adequate but my biggest complaint is the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying Overall though a decent cheap place to stay. 」
