「Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. 「Very nice hotel in a wonderfully remote location – something worth noting, as there are no restaurants nearby and everything requires at least a 20–30 minute drive. For us, this was exactly what we were looking for, and part of the charm. The facilities are quite new and very comfortable, with a large, comfy bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a fantastic rain shower. 「the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...

「Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected.」
