「Excellent stay. Attentive polite and friendly staff who are an asset to the hotel. Nester breakfast waiter and both staff at reception on the 4/7/25 were exceptional. Contemporary decor, clean and very high tech rooms with comfortable furniture . Breakfast superb and tailored made. Only small issue the fridge was not working properly. Would have been Helpful if they signposted us to the relevant car park before check in as it is on a busy road . Would highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Okay room but terrible experience.
I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived.
We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details.
But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave!
We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept.
