I wasn't expecting an older strip wall setup. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me (but not my wife). The friendliness and accessibility of the very competent property managers completely made up for any disappointment I may have felt. They were great.

Comfortable room and ambiance. Super fast wi-fi. Excellent customer services. They mentioned the property is still making improvements which I appreciated the heads up. Electrical outlets are in odd, unreachable spots. No indoor table/desk (I brought one from outdoor patio to inside). I absolutely will stay again.

It was absolutely not a good stay when they tried to say i smoked in the room and checked in with a pet they tried to charge my credit card $295 when i called and asked why they rip people off and would not recommend to stay there

Our rooms are non-smoking and though we have dog receptive rooms you booked a room that was listed as not available for pets. Fines for both violations are clearly listed on the terms and conditions of the Inn.We do care about our guests and take special precautions to assure their comfort in clean rooms appropriate to their needs.

Good budget hotel
Very comfortable and clean budget accomodation with friendly management. My only reservation is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The windows cannot be opened and there's no exhaust fan. Other than that, a great experience.

The room was adequate. The bathroom lacked anywhere to place anything, make up, hair dryer etc. No real area to sit and work, this was not a pleasure trip but an overnight stay for business. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and a pillow sham placed for decorative purposes absolutely reaked of a foul odor. I opted to try a small local establishment rather than a chain. It didnt fit my needs, but not a bad bargain for the price.

Robin, wish you could have brought the issues to us directly so we could remedy the issue for you. We do have an executive suite that has a room with a table and 2 chairs that may have met your needs better had we known.

This was an old renovated motel. Big room with two chairs but no table. There was no counter space in the bathroom, just a pedestal sink. No amenities like blow dryer or Kleenex. Tv was minimal. Dog run was ok. Beds were comfortable. A little too pricey for what you get.

Geraldine,Hair dryer and kleenex both available for the asking along with books, dvd player and dvd's. Also have iron, combs, toothbrushes, shaving cream, razors etc. And you are right in saying it is an old inn, some have said nicely renovated in keeping the quaintness. The room truly does not allow for more than a 43" smart TV.Regret not getting a "5" but we do try.

The Desert View rooms $ property were very well kept and extremely clean. Check In was very efficient and all questions answered. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was due to our discomfort from the mattress. We feel that a comfortable mattress is so important to ensure a good night rest after a full day of travel and to ensure that the next day starts off well. Our mattress was too “ springy” for our best sleep. We do recognize that mattresses are subject to individual comfort.

Bernie was wonderful and very accommodating!! Room was clean and very comfortable. Only issue we had, was the lack of tv availability for my husband and WiFi speed. Truly a nice boutique hotel!!!

Patrice,Thank you for you comments. The 43" Smart TV's don't meet all needs, but we will check into what improvements can be made. The concrete walls make rooms very quiet, but WiFi signals and so forth are a challenge.Thanks again.

Amazing!
We were in room 1 which has a sunroom attached. We had a beautiful view of the mountains, and it was a great place to have a cup of coffee before leaving. The room was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay! I would absolutely stop in again!
