「I booked our room for 2 days and they said no it just 1 day and charged me 15.00 more than the booked price. And then charge me 10.00 .ore than the 1st night. Most dishonest hotel I've ever delt with. I'll never stay there again.

「There was dirty Kleenex in the sheets and the comforter was stained. The hot tub was broken. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room with an adjoining room unnecessarily - there was only one spot to put luggage for three people. We were supposed to be in a double queen and pullout couch room. They put us in the farthest spot from the front of the hotel and hollered at us to bring the roller cart back. Other than checking us...
