「The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. So I requested it from the receptionist and was still charged when I checked out. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming. This does not meet a 5 star standard, I would say it's a...

「The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.」

「Mycket fint och fräscht! Stor balkong och stort rum. Sköna sängar och bra dusch. De kunde dock gärna ha informerat om att man måste trycka på en knapp för att få igång varmvattnet:) allt var 10/10. Fanns ingen frukost på hotellet. Lite lyhört för rummen med balkong. 」
