"Let me start off by saying this was a charming property with great amenities and a comfy bed. The area is cute and filled with historic and newly-refurbished tulli, the quaint gnome-like structures the region is famous for. This property is located on a series of truly narrow, winding and confusing streets - even for walkers. We arrived in a car and man, poor choice on our part. Even outside the area parking was extremely limited and difficult. The staff was great about sending us detailed info and instructions via WhatsApp which helped greatly - thanks . Then there’s the fact that this property is not what I expected - and that’s on me. The photos clearly show stairs going down, but for some reason I overlooked that fact, so was wildly surprised when we arrived and found ourselves staying, not in one of the charming little stone huts but underground! Again totally on me - but if you want to stay in a hut, this is not that. It’s cute and charming and cozy, just not what I thought I’d booked. The area is cute and in the middle of everything, totally walkable and there was plenty to see, eat and do. "

Every detail is thoughtfully done, creating a charming and relaxing atmosphere. The space is not only aesthetically stunning but also very comfortable and welcoming. You can really feel the care and attention that has gone into preserving its character while providing a high-quality experience. It was a memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back. "One woman at the desk was reasonably friendly and helpful. However, a man at the desk did not seem to care at all about the problems we had with the insufficient hot water in the shower. The one key provided for the room was not sufficient and made leaving without my wife problematic. They should make breakfast more easily available and included. Since cars were not allowed in the area of the unit, this made hauling bags in and out difficult, especially after access was cut off completely when we were leaving. "
