"Overall our stay at Bursa Hotel was good. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro & it is in a nice area. The lady that checked us in & out was very friendly and helpful & she always had a smile on her face. Breakfast was good, the room was clean. "I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"Positive: the guy at the restaurant kindly called me a taxi, room was quite large, grocery store nearby Negative: I was charged almost 2x more than the app said I would be charged in local taxes, no explanation was given in English, Russian or Ukrainian... room had a heater/air conditioner but no remote was provided so I could not use it, one of the blinds was missing from the windows and had no curtains so the light from outside would come in the room when you try to sleep... housekeeper...

There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful. "Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"
