「The unit is renovated, with modern appliances, and bathroom, the bedding is confortable ans overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the Gondola and near the shops and restaurants while being just away from the noise.」

「The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. 「Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. 「Old, worn towels. Very small bathroom (hard to close the door when you showered or used the toliet). Room wasn't air conditioned, which during the summer was strange. Popping open windows at both sides of the unit helped, but with the bedroom being on the main hallway side of things, made it feel strange. The bed was 24" feom the hallway...
