The pool was unavailable. The elevator button in the lobby was loose on the wall. Our room was directly above the lobby on the 2nd floor so the fumes came right up into our room. Over all this was the worse stay that I have had the whole time I have traveled. When we left which was a day earlier the computer was down and could not get a receipt. We complained about the smells and noise with no sympathy. My brother which has bad allergies and I traveled to Alabama to do some hunting. Ended up going to Walmart to purchase an air purifier to help in the room while we were gone during the day to help during the night while we slept. The air conditioner didn't work properly. "

"PARKING WAS FINE. CHECK IN WAS EASY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. WE WERE PROMPTLY GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, NOT UP TO PAR FOR CLEANLINESS. THE SHEETS WERE ROUGH, AND THE TOWELS HAD AN ODOR. THE STAFF WERE GREAT!"
