Paul at the front desk was great. Very friendly and efficient. Great location.

The location is great, but the street noise is pretty loud and the soundproofing isn’t good.

Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects of the hotel. On a positive the room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast room, at the front desk, and the doormen, were all wonderful. We enjoyed our comfortable room. The breakfast room was quiet with nice music, great ambiance, enjoyable coffee, juices, and food. We loved everything about our experience, especially the ideal location in K-Town, right in the middle of everything.

This hotel has an old-fashioned feel but meets modern expectations. For example, there are actual KEYS for your room! There are 2 elevators which make it a bit slower than the norm, but it's totally fine. Room was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels/toiletries, and staff very nice. Right across from Rockefeller Center, and we had a view of St. Patrick's. Perfect location for all midtown activities. Would stay here again.
