Cozy stay , right outside Bryce , close to many restaurants and gas stations. Place was very clean ,friendly staff , highly recommend this to anyone visiting bryce.

This was a unique and beautiful place to stay. The place was mostly comfortable, but our stay would have been enhanced if the window could have opened and the door had a screen on it. Also, the walls were pretty thin and we could hear the folks next door talking. Communication with our host was great and the view from the porch was magnificent. Overall, it was a good place to spend a night for our visit to Bryce. Although this does not have anything to do with our host, the cashier at the only grocery store in Tropic was one of the most rude persons we have met on this trip. Most people have been very friendly.

Excellent location- close to Bryce, good restaurants. Very new, cozy, country feel inside and outside. Loved looking out our window at the horses nearby. Located in a residential area which made for incredible stargazing from our doorstep! Definitely recommend this place.

Very clean and appears brand new! Great location if you are exploring Bryce Canyon. Nice to be a bit away from the commerciality of Bryce Canyon city yet very close by car to the park. It is so close that we easily stayed for sunset and also went to the canyon for sunrise. Great little coffee shop in town for an early coffee and breakfast. Well appointed for a small space. Spacious bathroom facilities. The bed is your couch but you can sit out front of the property. The only little glitch was initial access to the unit as instructions on Expedia were a bit unclear but within minutes a nice fellow was at the property and cleared things up for us.

Check in was a challenge. No front desk. Had to call the phone number but it went straight to voicemail. They did send a text message earlier in the day with instructions, but I missed it since I was travelling in remote areas with no data. Note that GPS may take you to wrong address if you enter the property name.

This is a fabulous place to stay while visiting Bryce. The room was cosy, comfy, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed. The host was helpful. i would definitely recommend.

Really nice place. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our only problem was we were sight seeing in the mountains before arriving at the property and did not have cell service. Therefore I could not receive a message about the check in. After a phone call, a text and 30 minutes we were able to get into our room. Maybe it would help to send a message sooner about the check in . Hope this helps.

This small, multi-unit facility was squeaky-clean, really well-furnished and affordable. It felt brand-new. Lynda was extremely responsive to messages. The bed was so good i didn't want to leave it!

A beautiful and quiet place, nice service and well-design room layout. It's convenient to access Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome state park around. Especially take a good hot shower after hiking all day long.

Super place to stay
Excellent, loved it. Super clean and everything we needed was there. A little out of the way but google maps took us right there in the dark. Communication was beyond expectations, lights and heat on when we arrived. Loved the face wash cloth like I use at home and the cute lollipops.

This is a beautiful place. Sunset and sunrise was amazing. Very quiet. I stayed in smallest room but was perfect for one person. So cute and cozy. The bed was so comfortable didn’t want to get out of it. Only thing I would say is bring your own blow dryer as they don’t provide in room. But over all I highly recommend staying here. I will return for sure. A well hidden gem.

I never leave reviews but this place was so nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and easy, checking in was the smoothest ever! I’ll def stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Great Place
This place is great. Super quite spot at the end of town, with killer views of Bryce Canyon and the mesas to the east. We loved it.

Very charming inn and room in Tropic, Utah. I really enjoyed my stay at this three unit inn. The decor was cool and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and spotless. I would highly recommend this inn for a nice and quiet getaway a few miles from Bryce Canyon National Park. Can't wait to come back and stay there again!

cute interior and bathroom. very soft and fresh towels! nice/huge TV. the unit is a little small but was fine for just me. kind of depressing with only one side of unit having a big window/door, but it's ok. parking was right in front of the room! tropic is super convenient to bryce- which is where i spent my time. but nothing really around this hotel, so it's quiet- and very dark neighborhood (but all of utah is dark!) the parking area unfortunately has an annoying outdoor blue-LED light, so it was hard to stargaze when i stepped out (and didn't try walking down the dark street but maybe i should have) bed was a little soft and the pillows were a little lumpy for my liking, but i bet some might liike them. great value overall. i'd stay here again to come back to bryce!

Very nice and cozy place for staying so close to Bryce Canyon. The place is new and very clean. It's minutes from a few nice restaurants and everything else we needed.
