Very nice modern rooms, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they will help you book meals, excursions, tours, and cars. The breakfast provided was pleasant with lots of options, you eat on the large covered balcony which has a nice view.

The staff was wonderful and quickly met any of our requests. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. It is walking distance to the beaches and the old city centre. The outdoor pool area with loungers and patio furniture is well maintained. Paolo was also kind enough to arrange a boat trip along the coast for our large family. They made our trip memorable. Thank you!

Kind, welcoming and helpful staff along with a central location made for a great stay. Close to the historic center and beautiful beaches. A huge thank you to Paolo and Rosella for all their help in making us comfortable. Room was clean but the initial room we had was changed on the second day because the plumbing in the shower did not work, the air conditioning unit was not working. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us a new room and helping us move our personal belongings. Area next to hotel is under construction, the other side were older homes poorly kept. We checked out a day earlier because of the poor conditions of the rooms and more importantly the surrounding area. NOT worth the price we paid.

CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!! Hidden Gem! The staff always go the extra mile and will help elevate your experience if you are looking for adventures. We went on a boat tour with Paolo and it was a magical experience! This is a family run business and you truly feel like you are cared for like family here! The rooms were spotless, the complimentary breakfast was spectacular and the pool was clean and well maintained! We will be recommending this place to all our family and friends. We look forward to our next vacation here! 12 minute walk to downtown 15 minute walk to the beach 3 markets for groceries within a 500m radius Free parking on street for scooter or car and parking inside the complex upon request! Thank you Kairos Tropea! We hope to be back soon!

J'avais lu les avis avant de choisir ce charmant hôtel familial. Mes attentes étaient élevées et je n'ai pas été déçu. L'établissement est très propre, nouvellement rénové. La piscine est superbe. Le petit déjeuner de type buffet ( inclus) est copieux et varié. Les capuccino étaient délicieux. Paolo et Rosella vous font sentir à l'aise et sont à votre écoute. L'hôtel se situe dans le centre historique et les sites à visiter ( plages et monuments) sont accessibles à pied. Il y a des commerces autour de l'hôtel et une multitude de restaurants. Quel délicieux souvenir que ce séjour. Je recommande chaudement.

Our stay at Kairos Tropea was perfect, we arrived to find a clean and modern room, house keeping and staff were excellent with us and ontop of everything, we found the location to be excellent. a short walk to the center and also close to many Lidos. Another great amenity was the onsite parking available which was something we desperately needed due to the nature of our trip in Calabria. Paolo was able to accommodate this and always made sure we had an accessible and safe spot to leave our vehicle. As for the staff Rosella was a gem who was constantly making sure we had everything we could need or want. Paolo himself was great with us and we highly recommend booking an additional tour with him. We took a private tour along the coast which was unbelievable. Over the week we stayed Paolo became a dear friend to us as im sure he does with most guests and we will certainly be back again. Cannot recommend this place enough . 10/10 thankyou Kairos for an amazing stay

The rooms are sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast has great variety and was very fresh. They even arranged a transfer to a different hotel for a tour we are taking! Great all the way around.

We stayed at Kairos Tropea for 3 nights and had a great stay! We walk everywhere, so we found that the location (while not right in town) was fairly easy to walk into town or to the beach, and it was quiet at night. For meals, there were a lot of markets and restaurants nearby and the hotel had an excellent breakfast. The staff were great: Paulo was very responsive and coordinated a spot on a group boat trip, Rosella at the front desk was very helpful, and Kira made amazing cappuccinos at breakfast. The hotel was spotless, the mattress was comfortable and the swimming pool was lovely. The only (minor) things that we didn't like was that the door to the bathroom is frosted/semi-transparent and we found the list of prices for potential damages a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, the on-site coin laundry wasn't working while we there, but we were able to find a nearby laundromat and the hotel had a ton of drying racks available to hang our laundry afterwards, which was great. Overall, we would recommend Kairos Tropea and we would stay again.

This was a beautiful hotel. Newly updated. Very clean. Family owned. All the family and staff that we encountered were super nice and helpful with any local recommendations. The hotel has a really nice pool. The included breakfast was very nice with food optiipns changing daily. It is a little bit of a walk to the main town…maybe 10 minutes. And the nearest beach is about a 15 min walk down hill. We had a great stay here.
