「Nice view from hotel, nice staff ,」

「Good hotel but they had nothing to do contrary to what was shown and staged on the website. The staff was helpful. Nice property but it’s in a remote area and the hotel had a spa but no one working there !」

「Very good staff cleanest hotel .I advise all」

「Dewachen is a amazing property and fantastic location overseeing the Phobjikha valley. Rooms with wooden flooring n walls are spacious with the old fashion bukhari (wood fired heater) and chopped firewood placed outside every room.Good breakfast options. Restaurant needs a bit of improvement since we were offered a set menu for lunch and dinner, would have preferred ala carte on a vacation. Lack of eating joints in the vicinity. Food and other facilities for drivers needs to improve else...

「Great location overlooking the valley. Huts are clean and modern with good heating. Staff are very friendly. Evening meal was good」

「They didn't provide room there saying it's already fully booked. Then they given room in a nearby lodge which is totally sub standard even their tab water is dirty and smelly. They also told that they have no tie up with Expedia and their room tariff was only Rs. 3500 (with breakfast). While Expedia charged Rs. 7800 for the the same. It is totally unfair from Expedia.com side, they should make partial refund for this..」

「Totally overpriced we paid $1500/night, should have been max $300/night. They claim they are a 5-star hotel but this is a 3 star place at best. I can’t comprehend that this place is a Taj collection hotel. We have stayed at many and there is NO comparison with Taj Gangtey and other 5 stars Taj hotels we have stay at. Don’t book.」

「The Staff at Kichu resort was amazingly polite and always smiling. I would return here just for the service. Thank you all」

「The service of the staff was really good, very courteous and pleasing. food was also good」
