Larger than expected

We had a nice and comfortable stay! The apartment was larger than expected and had everything needed for our family of 4. Obviously this is more AirB&B style than a hotel, so don't expect hotel standards. It was generally clean throughout though some of the finishing were a bit worn. Would for sure be happy to stay again if visiting the area.

The apartment was fine but there were ants and flies all over the place. Also we were not sent a key code or instructions for getting in. I had to call them which resulted in fees on my phone.

Ok leilighet i stille boområde.

Jeg hadde leilighet i nr. 3A og ikke 3.Rommene var rene, bortsett fra vaskerommet. Personalet var hyggelig, og tilgjengelig på telefon ved ankomst. Det kom da en person i 3A og åpnet til leiligheten. Kommunikasjonen var derfor bra ved ankomst. Brannalarmen gikk i naboleiligheten vegg i vegg på morgenkvisten. Jeg fikk ikke kontakt på opprinnelig telefonnummer, men naboleiligheten fikk skrudd av alarmen. For øvrig er det relativt lytt fra den leiligheten, men beliggenhet er i stille boligstrøk. Dagligvarebutikk er i kort gangavstand. God seng, kabel TV fungerte fint.

Dejligt fredeligt kvarter med supermarked i gåafstand. God mulighed for selv at lave mad. Nemt at komme til Trondheim centrum i bil.

Pas de pancarte à l'entrée donc un peu difficile à trouver. Mais sinon accueuil parfait, confort au top, rapport qualité prix inégalable, un peu en dehors de la ville endroit très calme, commerces à proximité, parking sur place gratuit

God verdi men facilitetene i dårlig forfatning

Det gode: Hel leilighet Har kjøkken og bad Parkering Det dårlige: Ovn ødelagt: mangler på gummiring rundt døra, håndtakene trekkes helt ut (må holde inn for å bruke). Ingen gryteklut, kjøkkenhåndkle smelter i varme. Sløve kniver ( brødkniv den skarpeste ). Vannkoker ødelagt: lokket åpner seg når vannet koker, vannkokeren slår ikke av selv Sovesofa ødelagt - skuffen ikke festet og sklir helt ut. Farlig å bruke som sovesofa. Dusjkabinetten er ikke festet og flytter på seg mens man dusjer.

Rent og ryddig. Stue med en sofa som kan brukes som dobbeltseng, tv, kjøkken, bad. Soverom med dobbeltseng. Vi var to voksne og to tenåringer. Perfekt overnatting til en rimelig kostnad.

Okej boende där dubbelsängen var bra men det gick inte att sova skönt i bäddsoffan. Den var trasig så det gick inte att ligga två där och ramarna kändes i ryggen. Vi fick ta fram extra sängen och den var som en hängmatta. Tätningslisten till ugnen hade lossnat och var instoppas i ugnen vilket vi upptäckte en stund efter att ugnen stått på. Det mest nödvändiga fanns i köksutrustningen. Lägenheten i sig var ren och fin. Saknade diskmaskin. Bra område. Dock Inte gångavstånd till centeum.
