In Norway, picking up the keys of a property is always a bit tricky. You never know how to get your keys to access a flat or a house. Most of times, I wasted a lot of time to figure it out because it is never the same way. Thanks for such experiences.

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!

Apartment was very central and a perfect landing spot for our family to enjoy Trondheim for a couple of days. The area was noisy when the bars let out at 11pm and 2 am but did quiet down quickly. Parking was relatively close at the parkade but it was expensive. Would rent the car when leaving city if we had to do over.

Check in this place with a car is difficult. We have to find and pay to park first, then walk to find the place to get the key, and the go back to find the garage and walk all the way around to get to the property. The charge for parking is also higher than the garages nearby. So, it would be better just go park first in the nearby garage. The washer does a great job in high speed spin. So, no dryer is not much an issue.

Veldig bra, trivdes godt i leiligheten og omgivelsene. Stille. Litt for tidlig check-out og kunne ønsket meg en god stol å sitte å strikke i. Sofaen var ikke helt hensiktsmessig. Men stort sett veldig fint opphold.

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apartment was looking. The location around the apartment was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

Well above expectation
I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appartment, everything was clean and tidy and size of appartment was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn

Fin leil, Bodde natten føre så innsjekk var ok,(booket en ekstra natt på nytt ) Klagde første natten på dusj hode som spylte alle veier. Hørte ingenting og fikk samme rom. Eller alt i alt bra.

Det store minuset var alt for mye støy fra gaten, stor trafikk og masse vare transport med av og på lessin fra tidlig morgen, så alt i alt,dårlig med søvn de 3 nettene vi lå der.

Leiligheten var i ok forfatning. En del lavere standard enn antydet på bilder i annonsen. Inneholdt ellers det som var opplyst (bad, kjøkken/stue, dobbeltseng osv.) Renholdet var greit - men noen så ut til å ha mistet et middagsfat eller kastet opp på gulvet ved tidligere anledning, da «sprutet» av dette fremdeles var oppover lamellene. Beliggenheten var super!

Överlag nöjd med vistelsen - rent, skönt med eget kök och bra läge. Dock besviken över att det inte fanns balkong då det var balkong på bilderna över rummet. Det var också lite mer avskalat inrett än på bilderna och dålig isolation mot bilvägen, så lite mindre mysigt. Så konklusion blir: nöjd överlag, men tråkigt att känna sig lite lurad av bilderna och fick mindre för pengarna än jag hade förväntat.

Bra opphold, men misvisende plassering
Hadde et fint opphold her. Rommet jeg fikk var lengre unna enn det jeg trodde. Jeg hentet nøkkelen der jeg trodde leiligheten lå, så ble litt overrasket. Det var også en del ødelagt i leiligheten som en del vindusåpnere og speilet på badet. Låsen til veranda døra funket heller ikke så den var umulig å låse. Jeg skjønte ikke før siste dagen at søppelkonteinerne utenfor leiligheten var åpne. Det hadde vært fint å fått informasjon om. Veldig greit å ha vaskemaskin og kjøkken til å lage frokost. Leiligheten var også ganske mørk, skulle ønske det var et lys over sofaen. Mangler nattbord på soverommet, jeg brukte en stol fra kjøkkenet.

Fint, rent og sentralt. Litt trekk for et ødelagt toalettsete og manglende lys på badet som ikke hadde blitt fikset mellom to relativt tette opphold + at tv’n var innstilt på polsk og nesten umulig å skjønne seg på for å få den tilbake på norsk 😅 Men leiligheten har slt man trenger, er rimelig og svært sentrumsnær og rolig! Kommer til å leie den igjen!

Sentralt, rolig og lettvint
Strålende alternativ til hotell. Stille og rolig, men like ved restauranter og barer på Solsiden! Leiligheten har alt man trenger, og har også balkong. Eneste negative er at det er en bit å gå for å hente nøkkel når man kommer f.eks til togstasjonen og har stor koffert.
