We gave a second chance to that hotel , last year they gave us a room for handicap and this year we get there and we had no room . They send us to a much lower standard hotel . They said that they were full and that one room in the hotel had no air condition, and it was our room . I worked for 10 years in the hospitality business and they probably overbooked . Anyway we will never go back there .
