「We arrived late on a Sunday in a heavy downpour. The town is very remote and there were zero options to eat anywhere or not even any supermarket. The owner originally said that his restaurant was closed on Sundays, but then felt bad for us and opened it just for us. The meal was great and he only charged us 53 euros for a dinner with wine. 「Fantastic unique property, great views. Real mix of old and new. Very very quiet and nice to just slow a bit. Rocchina is a great host and really looked after us well, served us an appetiser and breakfast on our balcony as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Rocchina! This place is a little sanctuary off of the beaten track. We had a really good night sleep in the cave rooms. 」

「Our stay at Masseria Straziuso - La Vaccariccia was an incredible surprise and success. Nestled in the countryside, the inn sits in the middle of a magnificent working farm. We were traveling with a three year old and he was enchanted with the variety of animals. The host could not have been more welcoming and informative. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!」
