「We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. 「Great location, this was a last a last minute trip and we couldn’t had been more pleased. The apartment had an incredible view to the cathedral and it was close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond. 」

「This place was great and the service from all the staff was excellent. Aziz at reception was very helpful. Great location, walking distance from the Cathedral and most of the main sights. Great interior and comfortable bed. The main reception hotel is a 5 min walk away but you can contact them by phone. The Wifi is good and the breakfast in the hotel is also good.
