「Staff were very polite. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable not too soft or too hard. I was looking for a few hours sleep and a shower while passing through. Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and needed to be replaced. Room door did not have a security lock on the inside of the door. Bottom of the exterior door had big gaps. You can hear the traffic on the main road. I am used to staying at Hilton properties so I have different expectations. 」

「Staff was great and room was large enough for our family. I always enjoy staying at a Hilton hotel. The rooms could use some updates though. Cushion had a tear in it and carpets did not seem really clean. Would love to see some renovations done. But, was fine for our one night stay. 」

「Excellent hostess. Beds in the Family Cottage were comfortable, but a little hard to climb into due to the height off the floor. There was a small stool, but we are old! LOL Would stay again but in a room with lower beds. Susan was great.」
