「Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer ausreichend und sauber, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden Frühstück gut」

「Sehr gute Unterkunft, mit sehr freundlichem, kompetenten Personal. Das Zimmer stand bereits eine Stunde vor CheckIn zur Verfügung. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und sehr bequemen Betten. Das Bad mit Badewanne war für uns kein Problem, für ältere Menschen eventuell problematisch. Ein Safe wäre wünschenswert. Kostenfreie Parkplätze und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet runden den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich der Riesenhügel mit Braustube und Cocktailbar....

「Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen NICHT! Erwarten manche Leute von einem einfachen Hotel ohne Sterne vielleicht ein 5*-Hotel. Mein Mann und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir durften am Folgetag sogar das Auto noch eine Weile nach dem Auschecken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz des Hotels lassen, damit wir uns die Stadt bzw. die Fußgängerzone, in der sich das Hotel befindet, anschauen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen...

「Eine wunderschöne Pension mit Liebe zum Detail und sehr komfortablen Zimmern. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unfassbar leckere und vielseitige Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin. Hier fühlt man sich ab Sekunde 1 wie zuhause. 」

「Internet was very slow. Staff, not great. Nobody works during the night. Freezing cold rooms and when trying to put the heaters on, they don't work. You have to sleep with scarves and jackets on. Breakfast is terrible. Bathroom door is made of glass and the bathroom has a window towards the living room, with the blinds on the living room side of the glass. Personnel always makes sure that you know when they are closing or leaving. Pillows are terrible also, and bedding had a humid feel.」

「Arriving by train had to ask how to get to hotel as having NO working handy coming from oversees . The access to hotel very steep and a challenge using a walker (rollator), however it was very nice of the receptionist/manager backing down a car to manage the steep hill, although there are 45 steps to use. Later on enjoying a beer/wine in the very quiet lobby using the rocking chairs. To explore Meissen, we used a taxi from hotel - called by staff - to the Dom and from there a sight seeing bus...

「Spectacular location and an absolutely charming hotel. Room was massive and breakfast was great. Top tip - if you want to eat dinner at their restaurant (and you do - delicious) make sure to book in advance. Also, if you're considering just doing a day trip to Meissen instead, don't. Stay at least two nights. This town is spectacular.」

「Nice location in Altstadt. Parking available on the street. Host was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Fans were available and helped to cope with the high outside temperatures. Many nice things to see in Meissen.」
