"I recently stayed at West Palm Hotel and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any accommodation. Upon arrival, my fully paid reservation couldn’t even be found in their system. We were left waiting for quite some time due to a supposed “mix up” that the staff themselves weren’t even aware of.
