"Mostly a very enjoyable stay. It was a shame the bins in my room had not been emptied and the shower tray was not draining efficiently. Other guests had no hot water. The showers need replacing they are very dated and inefficient. Hotel staff lovely and nice atmosphere. Food was great"

"Apartment was clean and well resourced. On-site swimming pool was clean, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and communication through text message was excellent. Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill."

"The Hotel looked excellent - unfortunately we weren't able to stay there - why? Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. "Robbie super helpful and friendly ( Batman/ waiter everywhere) Great location on The Rebellion Way cycle , cool room in the heat and very good food - beyond normal pub food We left very early and they made a breakfast to go for us, which was really appreciated Really enjoyable stay"

"The room was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. The only drawback for us was the lack of a cooked breakfast. I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog"
