It was perfect for us, the owner Dino was a super host and upgraded us to a better room with a terrace, had fresh new baked croissants every morning and also made us cappuchini. "Clean room with lovely rooftop terrace in the centre of Monopoli right on sea front. Beautiful sea views and spacious rooms. Hotel has fantastic rooftop restaurant with incredible staff and some of the best food we have ever eaten. Seriously."

"We loved our unique experience of staying in a trullo, for 4 nights. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect, quiet area within easy walking distance to anywhere in Alberobello. The bed was comfy, the small kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was lovely and we loved the small outside patio area. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy, (especially the croissants!!) in a lovely little setting, with friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here, a great experience."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."
