Albergo nuovissimo molto giovanile, stanze enormi e pulite, letto king con doppi guanciali morbidissimi, ci hanno fatto trovare anche dei cioccolatini di benvenuto. Si trova a circa 20 min a piedi dal centro, la passeggiata è molto piacevole comunque. Accanto c’è un centro commerciale per ogni esigenza. Il personale gentilissimo molto disponibile. La colazione è davvero di qualità, sebbene l’offerta non sia vastissima. Se avete la macchina si può parcheggiare o nelle zone limitrofe, quando si trova il posto, oppure nelle vicinanze c’è un parcheggio a pagamento per circa 14 € al giorno. Unica nota negativa, nella mia stanza non c’era una mensola all’interno del bagno nelle vicinanze del lavandino, ma solo un mobiletto basso, per cui bisognava abbassarsi ogni volta per prendere i propri prodotti.

The staff was lovely, the room clean and spacious and it was a great value for the price. The bed was comfortable, so from that perspective no complaints at all. There were some clicking noise in the room when we first arrived, but that ended. For a one night stay before the cruise this was perfect.

There was one power socket in the room that didnt work and they could have been better to check what needed refill during breakfast. Everything was really good and the service was great..

Everything was good, staff was wonderful. They provided complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and 2 large complimentary drinking water bottles plus 2 pieces of dark chocolate. This is our second time as guests here. Last time, a few days ago, the weather was windy and cold; therefore, the air-conditioning/heating system was turned off by the hotel personnel. Yesterday, after checking-in, we noticed the air-conditioning is turned off and our room was overwhelming very warm, the A/C system was turned off. We informed the desk personnel about it. However, we were informed thst it cannot be turned on because it was cold a few days ago; so the whole system of the air-conditioning is turned off. Thus, we had to open the windows for a few hours during the late night hours, so some fresh air can come in to bring down the temperature of the room. Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep comfortably because of this room temperature issue. I don't blame the staff because they are following instructions from their big boss. I wish the staff and the maids the best, they have been very wonderful. However, it is unfair for any guests to not able to sleep comfortably because they can not have the A/C on. Hotel rooms are supposed to provide a good night rest, especially having comfortable room temperature. However, that did not happen this time around for my husband and me.

Good sized room and bathroom, modern building with attractive design, leisure areas, gym and work spaces. Breakfast was nothing to write home about to be honest, it was rather bad. Shower had a glass partition that was way too small, so there was water splashing everywhere on the floor. Good quite location in a quiet residential area with restaurants not far away. All-in all it was a very good stay. We would probably return

The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging for money or drinking, but aside of that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place away from downtown. The staff again was really friendly and nice since the first floor of this hotel is the dormitories for the University. Just be mindful that there is no parking around building only for unloading and then you need to find parking. Good luck with that!!!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel. It was vwry comfortable and breakfast was nice although eggs were not provided. Staff was wonderful. The maid didn't change the towels, throw out the trash or fix our bed--and I think this happened because we left the room close to 1 pm for our excursion; but I did notify the staff about it. However, we received fresh towels at night when we returned from our excursion. It was very windy at night, so we could hear the strong winds pounding our windows of our room during our sleep time. Thus, the windows of the hotel are not sound proof. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! :)
