Nice area close to city centre. Parking nearby in multi-storey very convenient but expensive. No reception but clear instructions for entry to property. Truer is a very nice city well worth a longer visit.

Never met the management/owner(s). Only talked briefly on the phone to open the key door, and never again. Bare minimum convenience. Internet could not hold a stream. Decent city location.

I wasn’t overly impressed with this property. Communication was very poor. I sent messages before arriving & once I arrived & never got a reply. Had a very poor sleep the first night as the lights from outside weren’t blocked out by the very sheer curtains. Discovered the 2nd night that there were some external shutters but they weren’t obvious. Internet wasn’t working when arrived. Only got connection the following day. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Creaked at times when moving. There isn’t a lift so you’ll need to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. It is in a great location - easily walk to everything.

Very good

The room was simple but practical, nice and clean. Though there is no reception, it was easy to reach the hotel and arrange check in. The communication was very good, friendly and clear. The location is ideal as the hotel is close to the main attractions of the town.

Es war sauber. Es hat gut funktioniert mit dem Schlüssel. Das hotel lag sehr zentral. Wir kommen wieder. Da war ein Club gegen über aber es war nicht so schlimm. Man konnte gut schlafen.

Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Gut vom HBF zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einziger Kritikpunkt, Zimmer zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig.

Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage (Altstadt , Stadtmitte, Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten) Da wir am Wochenende Trier besuchten, war es sehr turbulent im Umfeld des Hotels. Aber mit Ohrstöpsel konnte man dann den erholsamen Schlaf finden.

mindre godt hotel

vi skulle have overnattet her 2 nætter, men forlod hotellet den 2 nat, idet vi var "ved at omkomme" af varme. Her var ingen aircon. kun en lille propel der overhovedet ikke kunne gøre det ud for lidt kuldetræk. Sengen var MEGET dårlig (blød) så de 2 ting lang sammen gjorde at vi valgte et andet hotel til 2 overnatning. Der var rent og pænt på hotlellet. der var også meget larm fra restauranten nedenfor., så at sove for åbent vindue var ikke en mulighed.

TOP Lage, alles andere gewöhnungsbedürftig

Lage des Hotels Top. Allerdings dadurch, da es in der City liegt, abends und morgens sehr laut beim offenen Fenster. Frühstücksbuffet wurde um 9:20 nicht mehr nachgefüllt und lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man kann aber in der Stadt fürs selbe Geld gut frühstücken gehen.

sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet - aber: sehr weiche Matratzen, niedrige Betten, zum Sitzen leider nur ein Stuhl. Die umliegenden Lokale schließen gegen 22:30, jedoch die gegenüberliegende Shisha-Bar hat lange auf. Entsprechend laut. Keine Klimaanlage, daher sind nachts geschlossene Fenster bei Tagestemperaturen über 30 Grad kaum auszuhalten. Wir wählten das kleinere Übel des Lärms (bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts und ab 6:30 kamen Stadtreinigung, Müllabfuhr und zu unserem Glück auch Sperrmüllzeit) und schliefen entsprechend wenig.

Alles super gelaufen, von Check in bis Check Out! Netter telefonischer und netter Kontakt vor Ort. Alles unkompliziert gelaufen. Den einzigen Punktabzug gibt es für die Bauarbeiten spät abends sowie früh morgens im Hotel. Das man zentral wohnt ist auch ein Vorteil sowie gleichzeitig ein Nachteil (Lautstärke).

Very acceptable.

The hotel was easy to find from the Bahnhof. Less than 10mins walk. Single room, on-suite, very neat clean and very acceptable. Would stay again.
