「This was a beautiful property with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms had the perfect mix of old unique architecture and modern amenities. Loved the courtyard for some peace and quiet as well as a quick dip in the pool on a hot day. The breakfast was so good, fresh made pastries and eggs and cappuccino to order. We only stayed one night, but wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore more of the city.」

「My son and I booked a two-bedroom suite here in July 2026. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was spotless, including the pool and gardens which were an excellent area to cool off with a swim and cold drink in 38 C heat. There is a wonderful restaurant with a view only a two minute walk away called Scala de Gusto that did not disappoint for dinner each night we stayed in Ragusa. 「This is a nice property located right next to San Giorgio's Cathedral. The staff are SUPER helpful and nice. My room was large and had great views of the Cathedral. Super comfy bed, and very quiet so I had a great night sleep. My only two complaints are that the breakfast room was left with all the dirty dishes from other guests for hours. Not sure if they were short staffed that morning, but that was really gross, and the second is that the property does need a makeover. Having said that the...

「In the old town, easy to walk to attractions. Rental car’s navigation took us to a very narrow street, we should have followed the instructions from the hotel email. Hotel manager came out, sat in our car and directed us to the right place to park. 」
