The hotel is clean and its really close to what we needed the highlands facility. We were there for the basketball tournament this weekend. They had a power outage the night we stayed which we knew about and wasnt the hotels fault. The elevators did not work when we were there which was terrible for some of our group that couldnt walk steps. The pool is super small for the group of kids we had but they made it work. But the main thing is it was clean and convenient for what we needed

The Breakfast was amazing!! Options changed every morning and the options were always delicious and well prepared! Only downside was when I arrived there was someone elses hair in the shower which makes me think it was not cleaned properly...

Reserved 2 queen beds. Put me in a room with 1 queen. I went back downstairs because no one would answer phone and asked for 2 queen beds they said none available so gave me a king with pull out couch. Breakfast was average but no breakfast meats available. Hotel was loud because packed with young softball players but that was not really hotels fault.

The property is not that old but there were places in the bathroom that had wear and tear specifically around the shower and inside the shower. It was clean. We did have an issue of when we left we had both tvs off but when we returned the one was turned on. Not sure how that happened? 🤔

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are kind, helpful, and never too busy to answer a question. The property is clean and organized well. I highly recommend this hotel; I will stay here again. Best hotel experience I've had in years. Thank you.

Staff was friendly, places was clean overall. However, not satisfied with the room. - mattress cover kept sliding off of the mattress - microwave door would not close, unusable - the shower floor does not allow water to fully drain, have to stand in a puddle of water and then shower the next day standing in the same dirty water from the day before - no exhaust fan in the bathroom

Room was not cleaned very well, found hair in the bed. Breakfast bar was mostly empty and food that was out was not cooked very well. Waited at least 20 minutes to see if breakfast bar would be restocked and it was not done

Stopped for the night with a 1 and 3 year old and out stay was fantastic. Plan on making this trip multiple times per year to see grandparents so we will definitely be using this as our hotel.

Good experience overall
Desk clerk was awesome upon check in and again at check out. He was very pleasant and helpful. Only concern was that there was only one Kleenex in the box and about 1/5 of a roll of toilet paper with no spare. Had to go down and ask for both.
