Vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til 4 personer, men fik i stedet 2 almindelige værelser, selvom vi gentagne gange forsøgte at forklare dem at vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til os alle 4. "It was a nice surprise to visit at this hotel. Everything was in good condition and even breakfast was better than at Palm Hotel and Muong Than Than Ho hotel. Service also good although English was quite poor. I can recommend this hotel also because the location in the center is very good and it is easy to find restaurants where to eat. "
