"Poorly maintained property and rude front desk staff. You can tell the cleaning ladies do their best best they can but you can only do so much when the property is crumbling. As a courtesy I always ask where they prefer that I walk my dog. The front desk man said, “Wherever you can find grass I guess.” Then he stood outside the front door smoking in front of the no smoking sign, leaving a cloud of toxins for us to walk through to re-enter after our walk. The morning front desk older gentleman was rude to my husband when he went down to get breakfast, telling him to come on and get what he was going to get because he was closing breakfast area down, but it was supposed to be open another hour. The ceiling in our room had a huge stain from a leak, and a soft place in the floor beneath it. Many areas in the room where there were big cracks and holes. Bottom line… there appear to be nicer places across the highway. Check them out instead."
"The equipment in the exercise room broken
Room needs a good cleaning
Wall corner guards stuck in the corner
Cleaning in the bathroom needs more detail
It is time for a remodel"
"Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful."
"The bathroom shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was residue on the bathroom walls and the pink shower bacteria. Everything else was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. The little treat bag for our dog was a special touch. The tv was all blue and couldn’t be fixed."
"I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality."
