「Good location, kind staff and nice jacuzzi!」

「Shanaya had so many things to offers, It’s a village so choose your villa wisely, if you want a good rest, Further down villa with a private pool will be a good option, but if you want it to be more convenient in term of access and closeness to lobby, then you have to choose older villas without private pool (don’t worry, their public pool just a step away anyway). The staff are nice; the buggy driver was also very friendly. Shout-out to the mini zoo keeper —he was so lovely and friendly....

「The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.」
