「Manque la climatisation」

「Le logement était à la hauteur du descriptif seul bémol il y a pour le petit déjeuner des petites tasses à cafe et moyennes tasses ; il manquent des bols qui peuvent être utiles pour des céréales ou soupes....il n'y a pas de séche cheveux mural dans la salle de bain. L'établissement étant tout neuf cela aurait pu être pensé lors de la construction.」

「The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. 「Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked.」
