"The receptionist was so lovely and helpful! Parking on site was really good. Bar staff hilarious!! My only moan would be that we had a room at the front which meant the noise from clubs and people walking past was incredibly loud. It went on until 5am, we purchased some ear plugs which meant the 2nd night was much better. This definitely wouldn’t stop us coming back, which we hope to do very soon."

"Lovely well appointed room. We stayed in the Parc room. Tastefully decorated with nice views of the mountains surrounding this small Welsh town nestled in beautiful mountainous countryside. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Callum for his help. My husband sings with the world famous Treorchy Male Choir which hadca Christmas concert that evening. We decided to stay so that we could enjoy the choir's "afterglow". Excellent stay, excellent evening. "

"Large panoramic room on the 12th floor with great views of Cardiff in 2 directions. Our friends booked a suite for only £30 more and it was about double the size, on the 15th floor, that’s what we’re booking next time! Clean room and complementary water and chocolate on arrival, plus a useful fridge, without all the unnecessary mini-bar contents. Disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance."
