Our first stay at ZaZa hotel. Arrived in the evening after a long flight and were greeted by friendly helpful staff on the front desk. Dinner at the hotel was excellent with great food and restaurant staff. Very comfortable room with a trendy decor and large Carrara marble tiled bathroom. Breakfast was a slightly unusual affair with an overly attentive waitress and sub-par food. We would definitely stay here again but would probably go elsewhere for breakfast. ;-)

Hotel was clean but looking old and in need of updates. Room was comfortable but tub needed refinishing and recaulking. Shower diverted didn’t work well so tub filled as you showered and leaked onto floor. Carpets in halls really need replacing. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was a large event at the hotel, and it was extremely noisy. The noise continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. In addition, children were yelling and making a lot of noise early in the morning, which made the entire stay very stressful and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off during the night, making it even more difficult to get any rest. Overall, my stay was very unpleasant, and unfortunately, this is not a place I would want to visit again. I hope the hotel will take better measures to control noise and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
