「Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. 」

「Easy check-in, nice clean and quiet room. Unfortunately, I accidentallydamaged what I thought was the bathroom flush, and contacted Nick straight away. He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.」

「Wonderful stay. Comfy bed and very quiet. I stayed single room with shared bathroom. No issues. Bathroom was spotless. I was not able to have breakfast due to work commitments but it smelt lovely. I would highly recommend and will stay again when in Ayr. 」
