「Room was spotless; employees super eager to help. Extra impressed by manager on duty in morning who stopped by each breakfast table to ensure everyone was happy. He was a great ambassador for Drury who I had never heard of before. Very nice young man who was genuinely interested in everyone s satisfaction」
