The price we paid at this property was better than many other hotels in this overpriced tourist destination area. The location was convenient for us. While our room was clean, functional, and had been updated, other areas on the property (hallway, elevator) had a noticeable musty and stale smell.

we arrived after 4.00 p.m. and the hallway was dirty, as if it hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The bed in the room was clean, as was the bathroom. but the floor definitely hadn't been washed. And the mirror had print of previous customers.

Very clean older hotel. Mattress super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Actually pleasantly surprised how well kept and clean the room was. Pool small, but nice. Son enjoyed the hot tub. Front faces an Economy Inn motel. Overall, nice stay on the way to our destination. Close to the water.

Older property. Somewhat remdeled. Flloors were not clean. Breakfast was muffin toast,cereal,hard boiled egg,yogurt. Just the basics .

The stay was ‘ok’. The room was very small for a deluxe king and the hotel pics look brighter than actually are. Breakfast is limited which was fine with us since not big breakfast eater's. Not comforting that the side door from the parking lot doesn’t lock because it’s broken and stays unlocked till 11:00p.m.. Feel the property is trying to add more modern updates, but still falls short. If return to the area would stay closer to downtown.

There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to use their phone to call someone. The bathroom had mold around all the fixtures and the tub drain didn’t work, so you showered in water up to your ankles.

The facilities were cramped and not updated. The amount that was charged was to high. The breakfsf was aweful. The yogurt was spoiled. I would not stay here ever again!

Loved the wooden floors in our room the bathroom wasnt cleaned to properly (im a houskeeper also i know what to look out for) there was a few hairs in the tub but didnt wanna make a big fuss about it other then that our stay was pretty decent.

Housekeeping only consisted in changing used towels overnight. No beds were made, no floor broomed and/or mopped. Really poor breakfast offer, and space for taking it was also really poor (only customers from 2 rooms could take breakfast comfortably at the same time) Ventilator/fan noise coming from the bathroom started suddenly in the middle of the night, causing us to call reception, who had to come in the room and did not understand the root cause of the problem. Really expensive hotel for what you receive.

It was nothing special. No one EVER at the front desk. Had to dial them up. Bedroom floor was sticky and dirty...they did attempt to clean and was a bit better. Went to take a shower and the handle came off in my hand and they had to con tact a repair man who fixed. Shower faucet VERY loose and not securely attached to wall or tub. Will be a problem for someone if not fixed. Overalll......fair at best. Way overpriced for the condition its in. Would not recommend to anyone.

There was no shampoo, conditioner nor soap in the shower dispensers. Didn't know until I got in and was already wet. It was a good enough stay and bed was comfy
