I chose this location because I had a tour departing from the port at 930A and my bus was arriving from Palermo at 845A. It was a quick 7 minute walk from the bus stop and I was able to drop my bags off and they handed me the keys. Once I came back, I was able to access my room. I was on the top floor and it was a clean room with a clean bathroom. I was able to use the washing machine as well. Doors were tricky to lock but they show you. The only thing as other reviews have said, the stairs were extremely steep to the top floor. As young as I am, my knees hurt a bit with my backpack and my luggage. Either way, beautiful location in the heart of town with lots of food options and a free shuttle to the airport which was wonderful the next day! Great deal included with the hotel stay. The ladies were kind and helped me when I had questions and I appreciate that the most! Thank you!!!

Not a pleasant experience
Location wise is great since is close to the ferry station and to the night life, restaurants, shops, etc. If you are traveling by car the inconvenience comes with the parking. They do not have an onsite parking, the city council offers a parking service so you park the car at Trapani outskirts. Since it is a 10 min drive, they also offer a shuttle service from/to the parking. In regards to the rooms I got, very outdated. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working just fine. The first night I stayed on the first floor and the room was clean and comfortable. The second night I had to move to the last floor, mind the stairs! They are narrow and steep. Luckily they brought my suitcase upstairs since I had to take the ferry at 9am and the room wasn't ready yet. I arrived around 9:30pm and my bag was in the new room, smaller and less comfortable. My disappointment comes with the shower, it was not clean! I found hairs from previous tenants in there... So disgusting! I sent a picture to reception that same evening and I never got an answer nor an apology. Next day I met the cleaning lady on the stairs and she was staring at me without saying a word. She was clearly upset and she was letting me know with her body language. I saw the receptionist at the parking, when I went to pick up my car. I was surprised to see her working there too, she didn't mention anything in regards to the picture I sent her. Overall I am just very disappointed.

Cozy stay on great location.
Very cute apartments. Had 2. One of them the AC did not work. Great location for restaurants and walking around. No parking on site. Nice apartments to stay with comforts of home.

Great location
Great location to see old town. Beautiful churches and architecture surrounding you. Free parking a few miles away and easy to navigate with shuttle drop off and pick up. A few blocks from port on 1 side and beaches on the other side. Next to pedestrian streets with rows of restaurants and shops. Full kitchen. Clean. Best of all, full bed with no gap in the middle and memory foam topper. Very comfortable. Also, nightstands with good reading lamps on both sides of bed. We will return.

Very nice apartment! The host David was extremely polite and helpful. The location is basically on a main block with lots of good restaurants and drink spots. Also walking distance to the port where a lot of boat excursions leave from. We really enjoyed it!

Trapani is beautiful
Great city. Great shopping, walking. Problem,private parking is 2 km away. Apt is located and front door accessible from street level. So you hear everyone walking by. If you leave window open you smell cigarette smoke!

Attention! Immeuble ancien sans ascenseur et sans personne pour monter les bagages. Pose un problème pour les anciens et personnes a mobilité réduites (ce qui était le cas) . A savoir: les chambres se trouvent au dessus d’un restaurant.

Først blev vi hentet af hotellets chauffør i lufthavnen ingen ventet tid, rigtig god start. FAMTASTISK beliggenhed, alt var i orden i lejligheden, alt funger og der var rent. Rigeligt med håndklæder også til at tage med på stranden. Bor i hjertet og tæt på stranden og lige en gade væk fra nattelivet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

La struttura è strategicamente posizionata nei pressi del corso principale è quindi consente di visitare le parti più interessanti della città. Appartamento confortevole, gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori hanno reso piacevole il ns breve soggiorno. Varrà la pena di ritornare in primavera per godere delle bellezze naturali del luogo. Alloggio consigliatissimo.

Apesar do quarto ser para não fumante, ele estava com cheiro de cigarro. As toalhas e roupas de cama também estavam com cheiro de cigarro. A ducha não parava em uma posição que facilitava o banho, mas nada que não pudesse ser dado um jeito. Em uma das noites, a internet Wi-Fi parou de funcionar e continuou assim pela manhã. A pia do WC tem o formato de um tanque e não de uma pia de banheiro, mas algo que não atrapalha a funcionalidade. Havia Notebook e impressora no quarto,, mas não usei e não sei as condições. Não havia um forno, algo a se observar só comprar comida para cozinhar no quarto. Quanto à cidade, havia apresentações medievais na rua naqueles dias e foi algo muito interessante de se assistir. Erice, localidade vidinha, vale a pena uma visita. O local se parece com as cidades da região de Toscana (San Gimignano, em especial). Só precisa se programar com relação ao horário de ônibus (ou como ir da estação funicular ao hotel), já que há poucos horários. Por causa da altitude, Erice é muito fria (fui no outono). O parque de Segesta trambém e vale una visita. Há um ônibus dentro do parque para levar ao ponto mais alto, mas pode ser feito o caminho a pé, principalmente, se for para tirar fotos, porque o ônibus só para em alguns pontos. É um passeio de umas três horas. Atenção: há uma placa indicando ônibus saindo do parque arqueológico de Segesta para o parque lo zingaro. Horário: 12h20min e retorno às 15h. O valor é 5,90 (ida e volta) pela empresa tarantola.

posizione strategica, in pieno centro storico , a due passi dal mare. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dell'ottima scelta con i ns. amici. Appartamenti spaziosi e ben arredati. 大人３人で８月１２日～１６日まで滞在しました。エキストラベットはマットの状態もよく快適に眠れました。館内は階段を手で雑巾がけしているほど丁寧でしたが、一度もタオルを変えてもらえなかったのが残念です。まあバルコニーがあったので、太陽に当てて除菌？してましたが。 ここで英語をはなせるのはMs.Vareliaだけのようですが、非常に親切でした。カステッラマーレデルゴルフォに行きたいと相談したところ、ちょうどイタリアの連休中でバスもないし、タクシーも捕まるかどうかわからないから（タダで）うちのドライバーにつれていってもらったらどうかと提案してくれました。翌日ドライバーのMr.Giovanniにつれられてそこへ行き、１８時に迎えに来るからねといって去っていきました。そこでジンガロ公園へのクルーズツアーに参加したくて迎えを１９時に延ばしてもらったのですが、いやな顔一つせず来てくれました。パレルモ空港の送迎もこの方でしたが、非常に優しい方で「良ければ明日、SEGESTAという遺跡の町？にいってみる？」と聞かれましたがこれ以上タダでは申し訳ないし、明日はファビニャーナ島に行くので・・とお断りしたところ、チケットを買いにフェリー乗り場まで連れて行ってくれました。ちなみにジョバンニ氏は英語は話せず、何か私たちに伝えたいことがあったときはいつも英語の話せるカルメンという人に電話をして通訳してくれとお願いしていました。また感謝の気持ちから車代としていくらか渡そうと粘りましたが、頑として受け取ってもらえませんでした。 とにかく初めてのイタリアでしたが、人に恵まれてとてもいい旅行になりました。 またここに来ることがあればこのアパートメントに泊まりたいです。

Arrivés à l'hotel, nous découvrons que notre appartement a été surloué à d'autre personne du site expédia. La durée de leur séjour étant plus longue, ils nous ont fait croire qu'il n'avait jamais eu notre réservation alors qu'hotel.com m'a bien confirmé avoir reçu une acceptation de leur part. Nous avons donc du partir et trouver une autre solution de relogement un 15 aout... bref DES ESCROCS!

Très bien accueillis, l'appartement est joli et bien aménagé, situé à proximité de l'artère piétonne où se concentre l'animation touristique. Le seul inconvénient tient à l'absence de parking à proximité.

Rent, centralt men servicen kunde vart bättre.
Perfekt boende för någon/några nätter om man inte bryr sig om service utan bara vill ha en lägenhet att bo i. VI anlände kl.00.30 på natten vilket ägaren visste om. Han hade i mail försäkrat oss om att det ska finna snågon i receptionen då och ta emot oss. FÖr det första hittar vi inte ingången då den var på andra sidan huset. Det fick vi veta tack vare att ett par som bodde i huset kom hem då. Receptionen var inte öppen men det stod ett nummer man kunde ringa. Vi ringde och personerna i telefonen pratade inte engelska, efter många försök att förklara oss så sa vi bara hotellets namn flera gånger och la på. Efter 15 minuter kom två personer o öppnade receptionen. Gav oss en nyckel och bad om våra pass. Vi ville inte ge ifrån oss dem men efter ett tag när vi förstått varandra bättre gjorde vi det, kändes sådär. Lägenheten var superfräsch. Dagen efter var ägaren i receptionen, han var trevlig och hjälpte oss med sevärdheter etc. Vi betalade då och fick tillbaka våra pass. På avresedagen var man tvungen att checka ut kl.10.00. Jag som själv jobbar hotellreception tänkte att vi såklart kan be om att få checka ut senare men det gick INTE. Då kändes det som om ägaren hade fått sina pengar och inte var lika hjälpsam längre. Vi frågade om det fanns typ något spa där man kunde vistas under dagen eller vad som helst där man kunde bada och duscha samt förvara sina väskor då planet gick sent på kvällen och han sa bara NEJ.

Enkelt og greit leilighetshotell med grei standard. Man bør være god til bens da det er mange trapper og uten heis. Vi bodde i øvre etasje (fjerde), der der var en stor takterrasse i tillegg. Man må tåle en det bystøy for å bo i denne bydelen. Slet litt med å finne et sted der vi kunne spise frokost da vi ikke laget den selv. Etterhvert fant vi flere steder vi kunne få frokost.
