We were warmly greeted by Agostino, the owner upon entering the property and offered a complimentary coffee and lemonade as he familiarized us with the property and all amenities. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the grounds on the property are well kept. Breakfast and service were great! Highly recommended!

What a gem of a property, filled with different fruit trees, and a great place to spend a night or four. Sadly we only had one, but Agostino made it a memorable one. In his family since the 1870’s the grand old property makes for a pretty fine landing spot after a long day of travel. Tucked away on a quiet street, but close to the main drag it suited our needs perfectly. You can walk to the old town, but there are eateries within a five minute walk. There is a gated entry that ensures secured parking. The main salon has chandeliers that will take your breath away, it just goes on and on. Our guest room was spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. We would have loved to have seen some historical content in our room, but I can see why there is little. Breakfast was very nice, and ready when you are, you pick the time. If you’re staying in Trapani and want to treat yourself, you can’t make a better choice.

It was the most amazing property we stayed in. The owner was the most hospitable ever and spent time with us explaining his family history and all the places in Trapani. Simone was the best assistant ever and provided an outstanding breakfast. This is a must stay in Trapani.

Agostino & Alessandro were the most delightful hosts we have ever had. Their attention to detail and friendliness made this stay amazing. The grounds, pool, and information supplied were perfect. The breakfasts offered were top notch. Don’e even think about hesitating to book!

This was by far the best property we stayed at. There were 4 of us and we all absolutely loved it. Soo beautiful and the breakfast was the best in Sicily. I would highly recommend this place. I didn’t want to leave. I wanted to stay forever !! Thanks to all the staff and especially Alessandro who served us drinks ans was so very gracious.

This has been the most fabulous stay for us in this beautiful villa. We absolutely loved staying in the property and it was our favourite across our extended stay in Sicily. Agostino and his entire team are the best and exemplify customer service and hospitality- we felt like we had the best tips on how to discover Trapani and personal cooking class has been a cherry on top. We are very grateful for the amazing stay and will be back again. If you hesitate please don’t and book your stay here- you will love it!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The property is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms quiet and well appointed. But truly the best part is the care taken by the host and his staff. Wonderful experience, a must if you're staying in the area.

A beautiful BB in the heart of Trapani, features a pool in private gardens with secure parking. Augustino is committed to his guests, ensuring they have a pleasant stay. Excellent restaurant and beach recommendations. Visit the medieval town of Erice by cable car. The plentiful buffet breakfast is delicious, great coffee, pastries, eggs, bacon and a lots of fresh fruit.. lovely service from Alessandro and Simone 😊 Would highly recommend. A large, spacious and quiet mansion in a large garden in the midst of a busy town. Large, very comfortable rooms. An urban oasis with very friendly and helpful host and staff. Several good restaurants within walking distance and secure parking. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt the most lovely place I have ever stayed. I feel I have known Augustino all of my life and I have never felt so welcome or cared for anywhere I’ve stayed in the world. An amazing old mansion in the heart of the city with a wild garden and lovely pool. The room was immaculate, light and special.

Wow, such a warm welcome at this beautiful hotel. Breakfast was a treat with delicious local pastries. Agostino gave an excellent restaurant recommendation for a traditional Trapani dinner and also shared his walking tour guide that I was able to follow on my phone. Thank you for taking care of us so well.

The gated entry to the hotel is a relief to find after streets of humdrum apartment blocks in the more residential streets of Trapani. Once you are inside, what a lovely oasis! Splendid pool, top breakfasts, pristine rooms, all secured by Agostino Adragna and his team. Accolades to Agoistino for his kindness and ever ready welcome! Highly recommended.

How we wish we could have stayed longer! The location is excellent. You are a 15 minute walk to the Erice cablecar and a €10 taxi from the old town. Truly you would never have to leave the front gate (except for dinner) and it would still be a fabulous vacation. Note: The numbering on the street makes no sense, so don’t be worried when you see that. The street is short, so just keep looking!

Everything including the internet worked very well. Breakfast (extra) was great. The only possible criticism is location. This is perfectly nice but not central, so a car must be used to go out

The stuff dream's are made of.
This place is amazing. The entire staff is wonderful and the home is impeccably clean. Augustino is very warm and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about all the local goings on. The room I stayed in was called the red room. Spacious and comfortable and very private. I give this home a 5 star rating!

A good stay
The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. However, there was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and despite efforts to rectify it, it persisted throughout our stay. Also, very strangely, the cleaning staff removed all of our soaps, shampoos, etc. so that when we came back after a long day of sightseeing, there was nothing in our room. When we spoke to the owner the next day, he said we could have called him but we hadn’t felt comfortable calling so late at night when it seemed that there were no staff on the premises.

Come avevo detto al vostro arrivo, io sono a disposizione h24 per i miei ospiti, comunque dall'errore dei saponi abbiamo tratto spunto e abbiamo messo un cesto di cortesia nel salone del primo piano in modo che quest'altro inconveniente non si verifichi più. Stunning hotel, rooms and grounds. Lovely breakfast. Wish I could have stayed for the entire trip. The owner and staff went out of there way to be helpful and accommodating. I can’t say enough! Perfect location to visit Erice and Trapani. Very private with private, secure parking.

Charming and practical. A perfect combination.
Wonderful historic building in equally charming gardens with a beautiful pool to cool off in. Staff are courteous and kind and they clearly care bout making your stay as pleasurable as possible. Agostino, the owner, will do his absolute utmost to ensure you make the right choices of restaurants and excursions if you leave the place and you'll very quickly feel at home. The decor is tastefully cool, and the air conditioning excellent. Off road parking (free at the time of writing) reduces stress further. What a fantastic find.

Super nice hotel and host.
Augostino is very serviceminded and helpful both before and during our stay. The House, pool and garden is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much. We used the bikes to visit the old town.
