「For the limited time we stayed there, it was okay. When we went to check in the first time, we had to ring a bell three times and still no one came to help us. 「My door didn't lock properly when it did the was no key card i had to go to the desk so they could let me. When checking in they told me because i arrived late it was the only room they had left (yes i had reservations they gave my room to someone else yes they knew i would arrive late) The air conditioner didn't work, the fridge didn't work. Theysaid they would refund me if they couldn't find me another room then refused.」
