「Room shower was dirty. Female hair everywhere. When I checked out in the morning I was at the front desk at 7:30am when the “start” to serve breakfast and no one showed up. I left after several minutes of standing there with no answer. I had the room outside in the corner and it was very noisy with the road just outside 」

「It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment?
