The hotel itself was decent but Trailer Park Boys partied in the parking lot all night and the jake brakes from the nearby highway were horrendous. Slept 3 hours at best.

I loved the location, i have family just down the road. Room was nice a quiet as well as clean and spacious. Bathroom was a little narrow and the mattress could be replaced with a new one. But overall, I'd stay there again.

This is an older unit but so is most of Trail BC. Was very clean and the owner is the most friendly and helpful person I have ever met in this business. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was run down. The outer door was hollow wood. The blinds were too small and the mirror on the wall allowed ypu to see from the parking lot into the room into the mirror which showed directly into the bathroom. The beds were ok. The kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes etc. The rooms had new flooring but the rest was old. There was dirt and mold along the bathroom baseboard. Our room smelled strange. Especially the bathroom which had NO ceiling fan. Only a small window IN THE SHOWER that opened directly into aomeones yard/driveway. We enjoyed the convenient location to the mountain. And the easy parking. Glad this was a short stay. Owner in room daily to leave notes and shampoo but never clean floor or make bed. Renovation staff onsite leaving a huge mess off garbage ans cigarette butts all over the parking lot.

Staff was very friendly and easy to get access to with any questions or needs. For the price, you get a lot and then some but the one thing I was missing was an ice machine. Not the end of the world so all in all, a good budget stay

Very comfortable beds. Had some difficulty adjusting the heat, but the room was comfortable so it didn't really matter. The room could use more lighting as it had inly overhead, not so bright light, and one lamp. Train tracks are very close, but don't seem to be used much.
