"Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly."

"깨끗하고 넓었어요. 자코파내 시내까지는 차 타고 나가야했지만 가까웠어요. 숙소는 따뜻했고 새벽엔 좀 쌀쌀했어요. 숙소 건물에 주소번호 245가 써 있지 않아 숙소를 맞게 찾은건지 헷갈렸었어요. 외부에서 내부로 들어가는 비밀번호를 미리 알려주지 않아서 같은 시간대에 온 다른 팀하고 많이 헤맸어요. 전날에 또 다른팀이 비번 알려주셔서 들어가기는 했지만… 방을 잘못 알려주셔서 문제가 되기는 했었지만 친절하게 잘 알려주셔서 기분이 상하거나 그러지는 않았어요. 직원분을 대면하는 시스템이 아니다보니 문제가 생기면 전화로 통화가 가능해야 해서 긴장을 좀 했었어요 그래도 편하게 잘 지내다 와서 다음 자코파네 갈 때에는 다시 방문할 생각이예요"

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "Really nice property, modern. great location, facilities really nice. cleaning before hand can be better checked, found a pan that wasnt cleaned and had left over food from previous people, and wall next to aircon in the bedroom was falling off"
