"This was the nastiest motel room I’ve ever stayed in. I was blown away by the service, the room, the smell, the lack of items that a motel room should have like soap and towels to shower off. I went to the front desk immediately with the request for towels and soap which are room had neither. The lady at the front told me the soap was on back order. Then she handed me two towels that were rather damp. I asked for dry towels. She said “oh, these are pretty damp, I’ll have to make a note” there was mold in the room, bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The pool area outside the room the grass was as tall as the fence. Absolute trash I don’t recommend to anyone definitely not even a 1 star hotel. NASTY!"
